Social Enterprise and Entrepreneurship Panel

Come join Net Impact Chicago and Benefit Chicago for networking, light appetizers, and an engaging panel conversation led by Benefit Chicago’s very own Executive Director Dr. William W. Towns with leaders from social enterprises in Chicago, who will speak about their experiences and offer advice to those curious about getting into the industry. 

Panelists Include:

• Julian G. Posada - current COO of TRP and President of LiftUp Enterprises

• Brenda Palms Barber, President & CEO of the North Lawndale Employment Network, an urban workforce development agency, and Founding CEO of Sweet Beginnings, LLC, a social enterprise using urban beekeeping to create jobs for those with significant barriers to employment

• Rob Rose, Executive Director of the Cook County Land Bank Authority

Event will be held at WeWork (515 N. State St.) and begin at 6:00 pm. Light appetizers and non-alcoholic beverages will be provided. We hope to see you there!
